I love my job! I throw myself into my job EVERYDAY! But we all need a break... right? Many people have their weekends off, but as a photographer, those are sometimes my busiest days. Because of that, I miss out on a lot of "family stuff". I hear the disappointment the most from my kids, until I tell them that I was out making money so they can have "the finer things in life" LOL!
This week, we are headed to Colorado for our 5th annual family vacation to soak each other up! I have heard and read about the popularity of the STAYcation this year, great idea! Not us though! We are lucky enough to soon be enjoying one of our favorite places on God's earth... COLORADO! Richard and I took our first trip here together, celebrated part of our honeymoon in Estes and have been back numerous times. I will be photographing a favorite client of mine while there for trade of a 3500 square foot home with a hot tub and ping pong table!
So... the car is packed with luggage (and the computer and camera), but what a trade off! I will return on Tuesday, the 23rd.
