The Way I See It...

Babies, babies EVERYWHERE!

I swear I have had a boom of babies being born recently (and there is no end in sight)!  This little guy was sooooooo cooperative.  We had to reschedule once, so I was a bit scared going into the shoot considering he was about 15 days old.  Well, I have NEVER and I mean NEVER had a baby perform so well!  He slept through anything - repositioning, changing of backdrops, changing people holding him... you name it.. he was OUT!  In saying that, I hope he is STILL sleeping for you guys!  Sorry these are a bit delayed, I am swamped with newbornitis and am having a hard time keeping up on sneek peeks!  ENJOY for now!

No, seriously...this baby was beyond beautiful.  His skin was the perfect color and flawless!  He has been welcomed into this world by some of the sweetest people I have meet!  Jennifer, thanks for contacting me.  I hope to be able to photograph him for a long time to come.  More "serious" images to follow...

New Year...New Baby.

Meet Baby Reese!  She was a bit older than we usually photograph newborns, but the weather didn't help us out.  We actually did this shoot in two different days because the first day she wouldn't sleep for longer  than 10minutes at a time.  Here are a few from that day, more to follow...

    

The Calm before the Storm

I am sneaking in a post before the Holiday rush begins...well, it actually has already started.  I have about two session times still available and then I will be closing my books until 2008!  I am going to take some time in December to look for an office assistant, loft space to shoot at and finish up the website.  Hope this finds you all well and enjoy!

NEWBORNS - some recent work of mine

I just LOVE photographing newborns.  They are a bit of a challenge at times, but the results can be so worth the wait!! 

Please note: If you are wanting to schedule a newborn shoot, I photograph within their first 10 days.  Also, don't wait until you deliver to call and book an appointment, because I will most likely be booked.  Please call ASAP to get "penciled in" so I can capture those newborn images!

Ten New Toes ... and mom's look nice too!

Baby Anna was a bit fussy the day of our shoot, so we opted to have mom hold.  I couldn't resist this shot though.  The ottoman, the toes, it all works!  More to come of baby Anna...
